what the title says...

the notification 10/24/2009 says:

it's been now over a week so I'm wondering have I simply missed some important posts or notifications (like something I need to do as an admin) or totally misunderstood what the update did (like it's working as intended)
I did browse through these forums, but didn't find any answers really.

when using [item]---[/item]-tags the item appears bold/dark blue/bracketed (eg [Dirge]), it links correctly to wowhead (can click it and url is also visible on bottom left corner of browser)
BUT:
- tooltip doesn't pop up at all (the link is clickable so there's always the option to go wowhead to check the item, but the tooltip just is too handy)
- before the update green/blue/purple items and orange stuff(eg glyphs) showed up different colour, now everything is same darkish blue

so I'm wondering now if this update is still in progress and that's the reason
(minions are already moaning about the missing tooltip )

I also liked the fact that the items color reflected the correct item level from the game. Also the tool tip was very nice. Are these thing's coming back? Or did we have to sacrifice a little for faster updating.

Can you open a trouble ticket with us for this? You can do so via the Customer Service link in your guild site's Administrator Console.

In the ticket, please provide examples of the item names you're having issues with.

this support forum has always been great source of informating and help (thanks to both guildmatic and active users) and the ticket system really have been worked well for us (both forum and vent) - our guild is quite casual (admins even more casual) so problems are rarely urgent, but it still is nice feeling to have both of these safety nets

Thank you for raising this issue. This was a bug on our end that we just fixed. The tooltips are displaying correctly now.
