I've got a few external users on our forums etc. and I've linked their in-game player name, guild, class, etc to their user account. When viewing the roster they show up nicely. However on the forums they have no guild, race, class etc as my other users from my guild have.



Guild members get this automatically assigned when they create their accounts, but I would like to at least be able to manually set this for my external users too. Tried searching the forums but wasn't able to find anything about this particular issue.

Is this possible to do atm? And if so how do I fix this?

Currently, it only works with internal guild members. I'll file this as a feature request to have the automatic avatars working for external members.

In the meantime, they'll need to upload their own avatar via their forums UCP.
